Gerald Kasopyongo

Gerald is 8 years old in Grade 1 at our Arise Christian School. Gerald lives with his grandmother who has consistently pursued a position for him at ACS for quite a while as she dreamed of him having the opportunity to attend such a wonderful school. Her faithful persistence resulted in a spot for him in the January 2022 Kindergarten class! His favorite subject is Mathematics and he dreams of becoming an engineer when he grows up.

Gerald’s favorite food in Rice with Chicken. As with most young boys, he loves to play with toy cars in his free time at home or when he is with friends at school. His favorite sport is football which keeps him very active.

Gerald loves bible study and his favorite verse is John 1:1. He can recite the verse and always keeps it top of mind. He truly enjoys his time in bible class where he can continue to learn more about God and sing songs.
