Glory Chisi

Glory is six years old and attends Pre-Kindergarten at Taonga School. She has four older brothers and together they all live with their mother and father. Glory’s father is unemployed due to health issues and her mother works as house help throughout their community.

Glory has a quiet personality and enjoys playing board games, especially checkers. She also has an interest in sports, particularly soccer, and hopes to learn how to play netball. Raised in a Christian home, Glory attends church every week where she is active in Sunday School. Her favorite gospel song is “Andi Doba,” which means “He picked me.” The song speaks about Jesus accepting us despite our sins, cleansing us, and reconciling us back to the Father.

Glory aspires to become a doctor after finishing high school. She admires how doctors help sick people become healthy again and hopes to contribute to this important work in the future.
