Lemekani Chibwana

Lemekani is five years old and was born on New Years Day in 2021. He is in Pre-Kindergarten at Taonga School and his favorite subjects are learning to count, learning to read, and coloring. Lemekani, his older brother, and his younger sister, all live with their parents where their mother does odd jobs and their father works as a security guard.

Lemekani’s favorite color is orange, his favorite food is chicken, and his favorite fruits are mangos. Every Sunday, his family attends church together where his favorite part is singing with the other children during Sunday School. Lemekani can be shy at first, but is very kind and social once he is comfortable around others. He works hard in school and has been making great progress during his first year.
