Michelle Muyemba

Michelle is 11 years old and is in 1st Grade at our Arise Christian School. She is the oldest of 3 children in her family and lives with her mother and father. Nshima served with beans is Michelle’s favorite food.

Right now Michelle is learning about sounds and numbers which is helping her to know how to read and count. English is her favorite subject because it is very easy for her to grasp. In addition, her favorite activity at school playing with toys in the library and spending time with friends.

Michelle is a devoted Christian her family attends the Roman Catholic Church. Michelle loves to be in the presence of God and her favorite bible verse is Genesis 1:1. Her favorite characteristic of God is that He is our Provider.
