Annalise Martinec

Annalise Martinec serves as Director of Marketing & Communications for Arise Africa, where she leads the organization’s storytelling, brand strategy, and communications efforts to help connect more people to the life-changing work taking place in Zambia.

Annalise holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and a Master of Business Administration, bringing together a unique blend of child-centered expertise and strategic business leadership. Early in her career, she worked at the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development, where she developed a deep appreciation for the transformative impact that nurturing relationships, education, and community support can have on the lives of children and families.

With a professional background spanning marketing, communications, and business development, Annalise is passionate about using compelling stories to inspire action and build meaningful connections. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations strengthen their brands, engage their audiences, and advance their missions through thoughtful, strategic communication.

At Arise Africa, she is honored to share the stories of students, families, staff, and supporters whose lives are being transformed through education, discipleship, and community development. She believes that behind every statistic is a story worth telling—and that those stories have the power to mobilize people to make a difference.

Annalise lives in Fort Worth, Texas, with her husband, Lake, their two children, Parker and Saylor, and their dog, Blondie. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside the Arise Africa team as they work to empower children and communities to thrive.
